Set on a serene two acre landscape, this project brings together two families through a pair of thoughtfully designed twin villas. Rooted in a palette of natural finishes, the architecture is crafted to feel warm, grounded, and deeply connected to its surroundings.
Shared amenities and open spaces encourage moments of togetherness, while each home retains a sense of privacy and individuality. The result is a balanced living experience, where community and retreat coexist effortlessly within a calm, nature-led setting.

This 1,400 sq ft apartment in Chembur was conceived as a dream home, with the clients entrusting us complete creative freedom. Anchored in a refined and international aesthetic, the design celebrates marble as a central material expression. A restrained, modern palette avoids excess colour, allowing premium metallic accents, rich veneers, supple leather finishes and meticulously layered lighting to define the atmosphere. The result is a residence that is subtle, sophisticated and quietly luxurious.

Aureliais a 2,300 sq ft row house reimagined for a UK based retired doctor seeking a luminous and breathable Mumbai residence. Once dark and fragmented, the home was reconfigured through strategic planning to enhance light, cross ventilation and garden connectivity. Terraces were transformed into functional living spaces, and an open staircase became the architectural spine. The result is a refined four bedroom home defined by spatial clarity, warmth and purposeful design.

This 3,000 sq ft residence was conceived from a bold brief: to craft a home so distinctive it felt almost audacious in spirit. With complete creative freedom, we translated the client’s stylistic vision into a refined yet expressive design language. Rich colours, mirrored surfaces and a palette of blacks and greys create drama and depth. What seemed unconventional in concept was resolved with balance and restraint, resulting in a home that is striking, immersive and confidently unique.
